Jeff Ellsworth

Areas of Practice

Jeff’s practice includes business and corporate law, estate planning, estate administration, and real estate transactions. Jeff advises clients on how best to structure and internally operate limited liability companies, partnerships, and corporations, and works with businesses and individuals to handle matters involving buying and selling businesses and real estate. He also prepares comprehensive estate plans for individuals and assists clients with estate administration.

Personal

Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Jeff and Angie find most of their time is spent participating in various activities with their son, whether that is coaching his basketball and baseball teams, playing music together, or snowboarding on Mt. Hood. He was also a gigging musician for a short period of time but now enjoys watching his son perform for crowds at various open mics in the area. Jeff enjoys giving back to the community by being an active member in Tigard Noon Rotary, where he has served as President, and by serving on the board of Tigard Diamond Sports as the Vice President of Baseball.
