John has been with the firm since 2001. His law practice focuses on the areas of estate planning, business and corporate law, and real estate law. He frequently assists clients with transmission of wealth and succession to control of closely held businesses.

Personal

John lived the fast life when he was young. He had a passion for racing cars and was an owner of an auto racing school at Portland International Raceway. His fast times came to a screeching halt when his two daughters were born. Now he drives (within the speed limit) to dancing, swimming, soccer, and Oregon State football games. He still gets out to the garage to restore old vehicles and rev up the engine now and then.
